Last night’s source of joy! :)

My photo was chosen as the Grand Winner for April’s Photo Challenge entitled Summer Na.

I didn’t expect to top at all. All I wished for was for my entries to make it to the Top 5 because a grand winner’s responsibility after winning, more than the privilege of winning, is tough. Two of my entries got in the top 5 and I couldn’t ask for more. God gave a bonus when the admins/pros voted me as their favorite photo. All smiles while typing this. :D

First-time grand winner since I joined last October, kelangan ko ng speech. Haha. I wanna thank God, my dad, Sano - my ever reliable Nikon D5000, Borongan Digital Photography Forum and the photographers in that forum. They sum up the why and how I joined the photo contest.

Thank you to my bestfriend Dianne for being my companion when I captured that picture in Boracay. :D

Naloka ako last night in thinking what could possibly be the next photo challenge. Coming up with a theme is hard apparently. But thanks to my bestfriend Claudine and my bestbud Jem for helping me come up with May’s theme, which is Faceless Portrait. Both technically and ideally challenging. THIS IS INTERESTING!!! And I’m really excited for their entries! :D
